Galvo Service is made up of three areas:

OFFICES

This area covers 350 m2
Distributed on two levels, with the following offices:

Management
Secretary
Technical Department
Commercial Department
Purchases department

WORKSHOP

This area covers1000m² and it’s made up of Mechanical workshop: construction and assemblage With high precision instruments.

Plastic workshop: PP, PPS, PVC, PE and PVDF, machines with numerical control for the plastic forming.

Metalworking: steel, stainless steel and titanium
Electrical constructions: construction and assembling of electrical panels.

ASSEMBLY AND TESTING

This area is used for the pre-assemblage and the elettromechanical test of the plants realized by Galvo Service

Galvo Service is an International company specialised in design, construction, installation and maintenance of surface treatment plants and equipments.

The company has a great field experience gained through constantly updated technical solutions and tested systems.

Service has its roots in the Metallic s.r.l., a company originally set up in 1964 by the former president Renzo Contin.

Galvo Service is equipped and organized to provide autonomously from components up to complete lines as “turn key” projects.

Galvo Service is a dynamic team, investing in its research & development office, in order to provide always the best solutions for its customers.

In its history, Galvo Service grew with international projects in a wide range of application lines, as precious metals, domestic appliances, metal furnishing, bathroom fittings and accessories, cycles/motorcycles, automobile, aeronautic, aerospace, electronics etc.

All the activities are compliant to ISO EN 9001 certification TÜV Nr.I000714.

The scope of Galvo Service is to realize plants for the Surface Treatment with the best standard of engineering and the most innovative construction technologies in order to guarantee quality and reliability of the plants and an efficient support for the Customer Service.
